Dear Starfish Project community,

Greetings. My name is Lenore, and I have worked to serve victims of human trafficking in Asia since 2015. On behalf of the entire Freeleaf team, I want to say THANK YOU so much for accepting us to the big Starfish Project family. Starfish Project has been one of our biggest supporters since we started our social enterprise. They selflessly shared their holistic care resources with us, gave us advice on how to run a business, and trained our team. During the COVID-19 period, when I was alone serving women, the Starfish Project team checked on me regularly and provided mentorship and encouragement. We share the same mission and values, and I believe Freeleaf joining Starfish Project is a great strategic move for both organizations.

It has been one month since we officially joined Starfish Project, and during this time, the Starfish Project team has welcomed all of us warmly and provided training on business skills, communication, software skills, holistic care, and more. One thing I really valued is the survivor leadership program. I see how the team believes in women's potential and gives them opportunities to grow and thrive. Three women from our team have also been trained to work as customer email assistants, purchasing assistants, and accountant assistants. One of the staff said to me that Starfish Project believes in her earlier and more than she believes in herself, and she will work hard to live up to the company's trust.

I am excited about the future and the synergies that are to come. I believe that by combining our resources and expertise, we will be able to have an even greater impact in serving victims of human trafficking in Asia. Thank you again for your support, and I look forward to updating you on our progress.
