How much does shipping and handling cost?

US Orders: For purchases within the United States, there is a $6.00 flat rate shipping fee. Orders over $75.00 receive FREE shipping. Once your order is placed online, we ship from our distribution center in the United States within 1-2 business days. All shipping options are flat rate, so why not scoop up another beautiful piece of jewelry for yourself or a friend?

International Orders: Customers shipping to International locations can select from multiple shipping options (USPS, UPS, DHL) presented at checkout. If selecting USPS, we highly recommend confirming they currently ship to your location, as this can vary. Please note: International orders may be subject to taxes and duty fees upon delivery. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and Starfish Project is unable to refund customers for abandoned packages.

Your purchase will arrive in our signature Starfish Project packaging with a hand-signed sticker or card from the women who helped create it. The style and size of your pieces of jewelry determine the size and shape of the Starfish Project boxes they're packaged in. If you prefer not to receive our circle boxes, please leave a note during the check out process. Your purchase will also arrive without prices listed on the jewelry boxes or on the packing note.

Apparel On-Demand Orders: This product is made especially for you— As soon as you place an order, your shirt will be screen-printed, which is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver it to you. Creation of your Freedom Apparel will take 3-7 days, after which it will be shipped out. The shipping time within the United States takes 7-13 days. Shipping time is slightly longer for international orders. You may receive the shipment from a different facility, depending on your address.
